Hello, I’m Neha!
Former ad executive turned award-winning Career & Energy Coach, I now speak to audiences about how to prevent burnout, reconnect with purpose, and thrive—both at work and in life.
Why I’m different…
I’ve been in the fast lane—and burned out in it. I climbed the ladder in advertising before crashing down and realizing success without purpose and well-being just isn’t it. What makes me different? I’ve lived the hustle, burned to a *crisp*, and found a better way.
Now I speak from both experience and evidence—blending mindset, energy, and strategy to help people do meaningful work without losing themselves in the process.
Because surviving isn’t the goal. Thriving is.
Neha is an absolute beam of light in this (sometimes) dark world! We worked closely to develop a tailored presentation for a group of women about seizing your power, knowing your worth, and following your passions in and out of the workplace. Neha devoted a lot of her time and attention to this project, and was an absolute pleasure to work with. She made a significant impact on the lives of the women in attendance, and her insights on reframing your life were poignant and thoughtful.
