Hi lovely, I’m Neha O’Rourke! I’m an award-winning Career & Energy Coach who is passionate about helping you discover your purpose and design a career and life you love.

Before my life as a Career Coach, I used to work in advertising. I made a career change to chase my happiness and though it wasn’t an easy road, it’s the best decision I’ve ever made!

I want to help you because I’ve been where you are. I know the struggle. I used to work way too many hours, put myself on the back-burner, rarely have time for myself or the people I love, and would occasionally come home crying from work because I was so miserable. I was Somewhere in Between knowing I needed to make a change but not knowing what to do or how to get there.

I needed to uncover my passion and learn how to manage my energy. It took a lot of hard work, but I figured it out. I didn’t just figure it out randomly, it took trial and error and I finally cracked the nut and created a process for it.

I love working with people like you because I remember how miserable it felt before I made a change. I was desperate for someone who knew how this felt and who could help me. After feeling excited and liberated once I became a Career Coach, I became passionate to help other’s find their own liberty. As a Career Coach, seeing someone take control of their life and achieve something they never thought was possible, is the best feeling in the world to me. We all have a purpose and I want each and every one of us to find it and live it.

how i work with my clients

I work with my clients on the phone because it’s convenient for everyone. I know you have a busy life and the last thing I want to do is add another commute to your day. It also means we don’t have to be in the same city to work together! Sessions on the phone allow you to speak more freely and without as many distractions. In addition to phone sessions, I am available to my clients via email, at events and over video chat, if requested.

You get a chance to talk about what you’re struggling with, I cater the program details accordingly and we can go from there!
