Isn’t it interesting that we each have a unique purpose and it’s the bones of who we are, yet purpose tends to be this illusive thing that everyone wants to know, yet so very little have clarity on. I’ve cracked the code on how to figure it out and it’s my purpose to not only to help as many people as I can to uncover theirs, but also to help them understand how to implement it in everyday life. It’s time to shine a light on the BRIGHT light that’s always been within you.

Burnout is a real problem in our society and I understand why. Before burnout became a buzzword, I dealt with a mental/physical and emotional breakdown from burnout that actually forced me to quit my job. My real firsthand experience paired with my accredited Professional Certified Coaching education, gives me the unique ability to empathize with those going through it while providing actionable tools and tips on how to navigate burnout and how to prevent it from happening in the future.   

It blows my mind that no one in our lives has taught us about how to use the machine that governs our whole being, our mind. As a Professional Certified Coach, I’m making it my mission to give you the tools to show up as the most empowered version of yourself – and it all starts with the mind. 

 We each have divine feminine and masculine energies within us, regardless of gender. As a society, we’ve put a lot of emphasis on the masculine (think: doing, action, survival) while ignoring our feminine, who is home for your intuition, creativity, sense of empathy and curiosity! It’s time to bring her back into the mix!
